Custom Fasteners to Drawing

Custom bolts, stud bolts, nuts, washers and special threaded parts can be reviewed according to drawings and project requirements. Share the fastener type, material grade, thread details, dimensions, quantity and required documents so WISINE can review the scope before quotation.

Fastener Types for Drawing Review

Custom Bolts and Stud Bolts

Provide the head or end configuration, diameter, overall length, threaded length, thread type and pitch. Identify the material grade, surface finish and any matching nut or washer requirements on the drawing or fastener schedule.

Custom Nuts and Washers

Provide the nut geometry and thread specification, or the washer inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness. Include matching-part requirements, material grade, finish and quantities for each item.

Special Threaded Parts and Matched Hardware

Threaded rods, pins, spacers, anchors and non-standard parts can be discussed according to drawings. For an assembly or matched set, identify the components that must fit together and provide the relevant dimensions and thread details.

Material, Finish and Documents

State the specified material grade and applicable standard or drawing reference. Material selection, processing route, finish, tolerances and document requirements should be confirmed before quotation. Availability depends on the material, quantity and processing requirements.

Certificate availability should be confirmed for the order. List required material certificates, inspection notes, marking and packing information in the RFQ; these should not be assumed to be included automatically.
